Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, safety, and make-ready processes under supervision. You will handle daily on-site tasks across common areas and units, perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance, and respond to resident requests to uphold property standards.

The role requires basic computer skills, knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and common areas; respond to requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with maintenance/repair turn events and safety procedures.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurate.
• Inspect and identify hazards in buildings, grounds and facilities.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and comply with safety standards.
