Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include making-ready units, pool maintenance, safe work practices, and timely response to work orders while maintaining records and assisting in inventory and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend to community maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas and units.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Maintain pool area and chemical logs.
• Follow safety and OSHA guidelines, keep records updated.
• Provide excellent resident relations and respond to requests.
