Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across communities. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance and participate in make-ready processes under supervision.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable on-site presence, and adherence to safety standards. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required, with basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance tasks, routine and cosmetic work, and make-ready processes.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop while following safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurate and timely.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with inspections, inventory, and documentation.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond to issues to protect resident safety and property value.
