Job summary

Asset Living in Milliken, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to meet property objectives and ensure a safe, inviting environment for residents.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and on-site software usage.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on community facilities.
• Maintain pool and grounds with safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover of units.
• Maintain records of service requests and safety logs.
• Participate in on-call emergency duties.
