Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Milliken, CO to oversee maintenance operations, handle service requests, and coordinate staff and vendors to ensure quality, safe living environments for residents. You will collaborate with the Community Manager and maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance.

The role requires a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Responsibilities
