Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes across our property portfolio. This role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and daily grounds upkeep.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, Fair Housing). This is a full-time on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to respond to resident/management requests promptly.
• Ability to perform and coordinate routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance as directed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Perform routine, corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, and model unit.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
