Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure physical aspects of buildings meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role involves responding to resident service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting make-ready activities for new move-ins.

Responsibilities include inventory management, vendor coordination, and timely documentation of work orders.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventive maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Executes the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and vendor coordination.
• Accesses materials from the maintenance department, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning, painting, and debris removal.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts when possible and avoiding waste.
