Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Ability to complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards and codes.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping for service requests.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Run the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Manage materials, inventory, and re-ordering; communicate re-order needs to supervisor.
