Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to upgrade our property services and keep residents’ homes in premier condition. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems to ensure timely service and high-quality living spaces.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, painting and other maintenance tasks.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly.
