Job summary

Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Encino, CA. This full-time role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to maintain community conditions and safety.

The technician will ensure apartments are rent-ready and support preventative maintenance activities. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of maintenance experience, holds a valid driver’s license, and can participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in line with company standards and timelines.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner and performs turnkey work as needed.
• Performs apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains a safety culture and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works such as brazing, soldering, and welding within standards.
