Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across apartment homes. You will perform preventative maintenance, turnkey repairs, and ensure units are rent-ready in a timely fashion.

Qualified candidates have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, hold a valid driver’s license, and can participate in an on-call schedule. Strong safety and communication skills are essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule and communicate with team and residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs to standards and in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready and performs turnkey work as required.
• Conducts apartment preventive maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains safety culture and follows safety policies and procedures.
