Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Lake Forest, CA to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems. You will complete service requests promptly and keep vacant apartments rent-ready, with preventative maintenance and occasional painting tasks.

A valid driver’s license and 2–3 years of maintenance experience are required. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and customer service as part of a dynamic team maintaining our apartment

Qualifications

2-3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing tasks.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Ability to read and follow policies, safety data sheets (SDS) and maintenance procedures.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation each month.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
Complete service requests and repairs promptly per company standards.
Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner; perform turnkey work as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and devices.
Assist with interior/exterior painting and related touch-ups.
Maintain safety compliance by following Vivmark policies and procedures.
