Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our Encino community in California. This full-time role offers a clear career path, competitive base pay, and a chance to contribute to high-quality living experiences for residents.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support safety programs. A valid driver's license and on-call rotation are required.

Qualifications

2–3 years of maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license
On-call rotation availability
Customer service communication
Ability to read policies and SDS
Knowledge of PPE
Basic understanding of emergency systems
Paint knowledge and tools

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features and waste management systems.
Completes assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company standards and in a timely manner.
Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly.
Perform turnkey work as required.
Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
Assists in painting both interior and exterior surfaces.
Maintains safety culture by following all safety policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding according to standards.
