Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II (Maintenance Technician II) to perform maintenance and repairs across a multi‑family community. You will work with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and related systems, following LMH quality standards and safety guidelines.

You’ll handle on‑call duties, respond to service requests within 24 hours, and update work orders in Yardi Mobile while ensuring resident satisfaction and safe, well‑maintained homes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience required.
• Intermediate understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred HVAC and EPA.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• On-call service and emergency calls as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
