Job summary
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to perform maintenance and repairs in a multi-family community. You will operate building systems and tools to complete tasks to quality standards while communicating effectively with residents and colleagues.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and carrying out routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, performing on-call duties, and ensuring timely completion of resident-requested repairs.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of related experience.
- Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Strong communication with team, vendors, and residents.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, electrical).
- Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
- Perform on-call service and emergency responses as required.
- Maintain and update service requests using mobile tools until completion.
