Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will troubleshoot building systems, perform repairs, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining LMH standards.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, with on-call duties and timely completion of resident requests. Sacrifices include 60-minute response windows and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience required.
• Intermediate level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred HVAC and EPA.
• Excellent communication with residents, managers and vendors; able to give and receive work direction.
• Proficient use of small hand and power tools; basic electrical, carpentry and painting repair.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, electrical).
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Complete resident requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• On-call service and emergency response as needed.
