Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will work with building systems, communicate effectively, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliances, with on-call duties and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related maintenance experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile devices/PC.
• Must be available for regular on-call work assignments and emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Maintain and update service requests in the system until closed.
• Operate a vehicle to travel to different locations for work.

Skills
