Job summary
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will work with building systems, ensuring safety and quality while delivering exemplary service.
Strong communication and ability to handle on-call responsibilities are required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience and proficiency across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair, with HVAC and EPA certifications
Qualifications
- Two or more years of related maintenance experience are required.
- Proficiency in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair or related trades.
- Certifications such as HVAC and EPA are preferred and beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, electrical).
- Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
- Respond to on-call service requests and emergency calls within required timeframes.
- Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks and follow LMH procedures.
