Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks a Service Technician II to maintain and repair a multi-family community. You will troubleshoot, install, and service building systems, while delivering safe, quality work that meets LMH standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC or painting.
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain and update service requests using mobile systems until completion.
• Ensure work aligns with LMH quality standards and safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely during tasks.
