Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair building systems across our multi-family communities in the Virginia area. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs to ensure safe, high-quality homes for military families.

You will work on-site with a team, participate in on-call rotations, and use Yardi to track work orders and update residents.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in electrical, carpentry, plumbing or HVAC basics.
• Experience in painting and appliance repair preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems, appliances, and fixtures.
• Perform routine maintenance and on-call service 24/7 readiness.
• Complete tasks in homes, common areas, and grounds per LMH standards.
• Update service requests in Yardi Mobile and document outcomes.
