Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for a multi-family community in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on general and specialized maintenance, operating building systems, and delivering high-quality service in compliance with LMH standards.

The position requires two+ years in related trades, HVAC/EPA certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties and safety adherence are essential to keep properties in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related maintenance experience.
• Certifications in HVAC and EPA are preferred.
• Proficient communication and ability to operate mobile devices for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on building systems and appliances.
• Carry out installations, service repairs and preventive maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests within the required time frame (24 hours).
• Complete maintenance in vacant homes per LMH standards.
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain and update service requests in Yardi Mobile until closure.
