Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will monitor building systems, communicate with residents, and uphold safety and quality standards in all tasks.

Two or more years of related experience are required; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred. On-call availability and travel to regional locations may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related maintenance experience.
• Intermediate understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
• Strong communication with coworkers, managers, vendors or residents.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on building systems and appliances.
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventive maintenance in homes, common areas, and community.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Participate in on-call service and emergency responses.
