Liberty Military Housing in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will operate building systems and ensure work meets LMH quality standards while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 2+ years in relevant trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair) with HVAC/EPA certifications preferred. On-call duties and travel to regional locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience required.
• Intermediate level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting or appliance repair.
• Certifications in HVAC and EPA preferred.
• Good communication with coworkers, managers, vendors or residents.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools and basic electrical work.
• Able to travel to regional locations and operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, electrical).
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile until completed.
• On-call service and emergency response as required.
• Comply with OSHA safety regulations and LMH policies.
• Travel to regional locations for work, training and meetings.
