Job summary

Qualifications
- Two or more years of related experience required.
- Intermediate understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances.
- Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks in homes, common areas, and grounds.
- Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours and on-call duties as required.
- Report maintenance concerns to supervisor and maintain safety procedures.
