Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to join our maintenance team in San Diego. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and appliances across a multi-family community, delivering safe, quality homes for military families.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), basic tool proficiency, and a valid driver's license. On-call hours and weekend coverage may apply. We value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
• Certifications for HVAC and EPA preferred.
• Ability to operate small hand and power tools safely.
• Valid driver's license and willingness for on-call work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and appliances.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in homes and common areas.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Maintain and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Participate in on-call and emergency maintenance as required.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
