Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily community. You will operate building systems and tools to meet quality standards and resident satisfaction.

You will communicate effectively, perform safe, quality work, and uphold our mission of exemplary service while adhering to LMH policies. Must be able to respond to on-call requests and travel to regional locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care or appliance repair.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• Ability to operate small hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Address electrical, plumbing, painting, appliance repair and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within required timeframes (24 hours).
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain and close service requests using mobile tools and follow safety procedures.
