Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks a Service Technician II to perform maintenance across a multi-family community in Dahlgren, VA. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems to meet LMH quality standards.

You must communicate effectively, work safely, and respond to on-call emergencies. Prior related experience in residential maintenance and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for career growth and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• Proficient in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to respond to on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain and update work orders using Yardi Mobile.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and LMH SOPs.
• Travel to regional locations as needed for training and work.
