Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily community. You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance systems, delivering quality work and responsive service to residents.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of maintenance experience, basic trade skills in two or more areas, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to respond to on-call requests.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ related maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or appliance repair.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle.
• Must be available for regular on-call work and emergency calls.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 65 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, painting, appliance, and HVAC systems.
• Apply basic skills in two or more trades to ensure quality maintained homes.
• Complete resident-requested repairs and service within 24 hours.
• Perform on-call service and emergency repairs as required.
• Maintain and update service requests using LMH systems.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and LMH SOPs.
• Travel to regional locations for work/training as needed.
