Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks a skilled Service Technician III to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multifamily community. You will manage building systems, perform repairs, and potentially lead junior staff, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety.

Applicants should have extensive trades experience, HVAC and EPA certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to regional locations and on-call availability are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, installation, repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems and appliances.
• Troubleshoots items using trade expertise (thermocouples, motors, boiler controls, etc.).
• Lead or supervise maintenance staff as needed.
• Responds to on-call service requests and emergencies.
• Completes work orders within specified time frames.
• Maintains safety and OSHA compliance.
