Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician I (Maintenance Technician I) to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily community. You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliances, and general repairs while ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.

The role requires ability to work on-call, travel to locations, and lift up to 65 lbs; on-site environment with exposure to varying conditions. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ related maintenance experience preferred.
• Beginning level understanding or experience in two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• Competent skills with basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Apply basic skills in two or more trades to ensure quality maintained homes and community.
• Perform routine service repairs and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Maintain and close service requests in Yardi Mobile.
• Operate safety practices and tools per LMH SOPs.
