Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is hiring a Service Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily community. You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, ensuring quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.

The role requires basic trade skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to respond to on-call requests, with on-site responsibilities and safety-focused operations.

Qualifications

• One or more years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Beginning level in two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
• Working knowledge of appliances and basic tools.
• Able to operate a mobile device/PC.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel between regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Participate in on-call service and emergency calls.
• Complete work within LMH standards and 24-hour response goals.
• Document work orders using Yardi Mobile until closed.
• Follow safety regulations and operate tools safely.
