Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks a Service Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily community. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and appliance tasks, communicate clearly with residents and complete work orders to meet LMH standards.

On-call duties and safety compliance are required; a valid driver’s license is needed to travel to properties. This role offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ related maintenance experience preferred.
• Beginning level understanding or experience in two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• Competent skills with small hand and electrical tools.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair and other building systems.
• Provide quality workmanship to ensure safe, comfortable homes and satisfied residents.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Perform on-call maintenance and emergency responses as required.
• Maintain and close work orders using Yardi Mobile.
