Job summary
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair residential homes within a military housing community. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards for active-duty members and their families.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of residential, facilities, or maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and work orders.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on residential homes, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system issues to determine repair solutions.
- Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner.
- Conduct move-in/move-out and routine home inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inventory using company systems.
- Follow safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and military installation regulations.
