Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Verde Vue, an on-site apartment community in Savannah, GA. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance duties, install and repair deadbolt locks, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

We're looking for punctual, dependable self-starters who are team players and hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license and willingness to work a flexible schedule and on-call as

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
