Job summary

Highmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician I to manage carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep at Centro Place. You’ll handle make-ready tasks and respond to service requests to keep the community in top condition.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are expected, with on-call flexibility and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with make-ready and apartment maintenance preferred.
• Punctual, dependable, and a self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
