Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Ranchstone to efficiently handle all maintenance tasks for the apartment community. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and ensure safety standards are met while supporting a responsive maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
