Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to efficiently perform maintenance for the Glen Oaks apartment community. The role involves carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance work, plus lock maintenance and timely completion of service requests.

Applicants should be punctual, dependable, a self-starter, and a team player with apartment maintenance or make-ready experience. Valid driver's license and flexible/on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and self-starting with a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
