Job summary

Highmark Residential in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks across the apartment community. You will install, repair, and rekey locks and ensure timely completion of service requests.

• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
