Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Providence Place in Denton to perform essential maintenance across the apartment community. The role includes carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and lock work with emphasis on timely completion of service requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
