Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our Desert Eagle community. You will perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and appliance upkeep to keep the property in top condition and ensure timely completion of service requests.

You’ll install and rekey locks, follow safety standards, and participate in the preventive maintenance program. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required; flexible scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call as required.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
