Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to support Verde Vue, providing hands-on maintenance across the apartment community. You will handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and related tasks to keep units and common areas in top condition.

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards
