Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for The Arbors of Euless. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and related tasks to keep the community safe and well maintained.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a flexible schedule and on-call availability. You should be punctual, dependable and a self-starter who works well in a team and supports make-ready and apartment maintenance efforts.

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
