Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at The Retreat at Lake Johnson in Raleigh. This role involves hands-on maintenance across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance work to keep the community in top condition.

You will install, repair, and rekey locks, ensure timely completion of service requests, participate in preventive maintenance, and uphold safety standards while delivering reliable service to residents.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Team player who can work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
