Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Wellington Apartments in Wellington, FL. You will perform carpentry, basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance tasks to keep the community well maintained and safe for residents.

You’ll follow preventive maintenance plans, address service requests quickly, and support on-call coverage as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly.
• Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain company safety standards.
