Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at Verde Vue to maintain the apartment community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to keep the property in excellent condition.

You will assist the Service Manager, ensure timely completion of work orders, and participate in preventative maintenance and emergency responses. A minimum of 1 year in apartment maintenance and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community tasks.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the community preservation and preventive maintenance program.
