Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Buena Vista Point in Orlando, FL. The role entails doing carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties, plus installing and rekeying deadbolt locks and ensuring requests are completed promptly.

Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable self-starters who are team players with make-ready and apartment maintenance experience. A valid license and transport are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance
