Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Wellington Apartments. You will perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks, and you will install and rekey deadbolt locks to keep the community secure.

You must be reliable, punctual and a self-starter, with experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance. A valid driver’s license and flexible/on-call availability are required to support maintenance operations.

• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
