Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician to maintain physical aspects of the properties, grounds, amenities, and common areas to the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

This role handles work orders, make-ready tasks, inventory, and safety compliance, coordinating with vendors and managing documentation for accurate tracking. The position offers benefits and growth opportunities within a major housing platform.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• State and local certification requirements apply.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and scheduling.
• Manages materials and inventory, tracks usage, and coordinates re-ordering needs with maintenance supervisor.
• Completes documentation for service requests to ensure accurate tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and minor repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
