Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, complete the make-ready process for vacant units, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring accurate documentation of work orders for traceability.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart or vehicle on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to keep buildings, grounds and amenities in safe, clean and functional condition.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant units and conducts pre-move-in inspections; creates punch lists and coordinates with vendors.
• Tracks inventory, procures supplies, and documents work orders for accurate records.
• Assists in safety meetings, follows OSHA and site safety rules, and ensures compliance with company risk management policies.
• Supports property maintenance needs through efficient use of tools, proper material use, and cost-conscious practices.
