Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. You will diagnose defects, complete make-ready tasks, manage inventories, document work, and support cost-control initiatives.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, contractor inspections, and potential on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1/II or Universal is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Must meet state and local certification requirements for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance to meet standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and manage punch lists.
• Access and track materials from the maintenance department; reorder as needed.
• Document work and service requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting tasks.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible.
• May inspect contractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
